Shipping and Returns Policy
Free delivery to your home/workplace. Delivery by appointment only, delivery date will be coordinated by the shipping company by phone about half an hour before the scheduled delivery date.
It is the responsibility of the customer to write their details correctly: phone number, address and email. If the details are incorrect, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs and returning it to us.
Delivery time up to 5 business days from the date of placing the order. If there is a need to shorten the delivery time, in the Dan Bloc area, please contact customer service and we will make every possible effort to deliver the order in a shorter time.
Delivery defined as PRE ORDER (pre-order) delivery time up to 10 business days.

Returns:
A product can be returned/exchanged *except for earrings from the piercing category, up to 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must be returned to us in its original packaging, new, unused, not damaged or altered, a product that is not returned in this way will not be refunded.
Full refund by reducing the cost of return shipping, in the amount of 60 NIS.
